Congratulations to all riders at NEDA's Spring No Fling Ride, held Saturday, May 22, in Silver Springs, Nevada. I had the privilege of actually experiencing the first mile and a half of the trail, and what a treat that was! The weather was good, the trail was great, the food was fantastic, and the people the BEST! Thanks to Steven Thompson for taking such good care of us, and to all the wonderful NEDA members for making us a part of your event.

Event Cancellation Notice - Sage & Sand Trail Trial Cancelled
Per Jay Joseph, the Sage and Sand Trail Trial scheduled for this weekend has been cancelled because of the EVH1 scare. After conferring with his vet, Steven Thompson says the NEDA ride in Silver Springs is still on for this Saturday.

Directions to ride: The address is 5405 lemon Street in Silver Springs, NV 89429. From the four corners intersection of Hwy 95a and Hwy 50, travel south on Hwy 95a (towards Yerington) approximately 3 miles to Fir Street. TURN EAST (left), cross the rail road tracks and continue to Lemon Street (mailbox cluster). Turn right on Lemon (dirt). The house is ½ mile on right.
